Since 1966, USA Spas has been a leading spa manufacturer in the United States. Located in Dewitt, Iowa, we are a U.S. manufacturing plant dedicated to manufacturing quality hot tub spas. They have always believed in the power of American craftsmanship and innovation.
They use American components whenever possible, always searching out and testing improved technologically, advanced spa parts and processes. Usa SPas Policies
From ordering to shipping
- Choose the hot tub from our range on our website
- Select all the options you need
- Add the Hot Tub and items to the cart then make payment via the checkout page
- We then receive the order and send you an order confirmation with the following:
- Purchase Invoice
- Details and specifications for all your items
- The approximate delivery timeframe
- Step by step instructions for install & un-packing & spa maintenance
- The order arrives at your delivery location ready for easy install.
- You are ready to enjoy your Hot Tub!
Made To Order
- USA Spa hot tubs require a min of 2 weeks for factory packing assembly and processing
- Current shipping lead time is 1-4 weeks
- So a total of 3-6 weeks from date of order to delivery onsite.
- If you would like to make a deposit to reserve your hot tub until it is ready to ship, please call us on the number below.

Our customers are important to us, we will do everything we can to support you though and return or exchange. We promise fast response time and immediate action on our behalf.
Warranties vary depending upon the manufacturer – please see individual product pages for details.Warranty damages occur over time and from use. If an item was damaged upon arrival, and is not reported within 30 days, we will not be able to replace the item.
In the unlikely event that your product is damaged on arrival, please contact us immediately. We require notification withing 24 hours and will then be able to assist you.

If you require an exchange or wish to return your product, you may do so. Timeframes are impiortant, the sooner you let us know, the more likely we will be able to assist you.
For a change of mind the customer is responsible for any shipping costs throughout any returns and exchange processes. Please be aware that not all orders are available for return once they have shipped. We order our products directly from the manufacturer. If the manufacturer does not permit us to return a product, we cannot offer you a return. This often varies on a case-by-case basis; please reach out to us if you would like specific information on a brand or product.
Due to drastically increasing LTL/freight shipping costs, any outright returns will incur 25% cancellation fee + return shipping costs. If you would like to exchange your product we may be able to help you cover some of the costs depending on the situation and manufacturer demands.
